SBC Webinars - US Publishing Navigating the Fog

SBC Webinars series presents U.S. Publishing – Navigating the Fog

The SBC Webinars series returns on January 29 2020 with US Publishing – Navigating the Fog, an in-depth examination of how foreign and domestic sports publishers are handling the complexities of the liberalised American sports betting market.

Experts from Gambling.com Group, Better Collective and Digital Fuel join SBC to offer their insights on some of the key issues and to evaluate whether this rapidly-evolving market has asked the right questions about the governance of affiliates, marketers and publishers.

Among the topics under scrutiny will be registration for publishers working in the emerging US betting industry, the current fragmented regulatory framework and the possibility of a standardised multi-state code.

The session will also address the representation and protections that publishers have when promoting sportsbooks and incentives, and the difficulties related to handling disputes.

The panel features:

  • Gerry Ahern – Director of North American Content, Gambling.com Group
  • Adam Small – Partner, Better Collective Tennessee
  • Toby Oddy – Founder & CEO, Digital Fuel

Register for US Publishing – Navigating the Fog: Wednesday January 29, 17:00 GMT

Adam Small said: “I’m happy to be representing Better Collective in this important SBC webinar on US publishing. SBC puts on the best industry events, and I’m always proud to be part of them.”
