MARCA, Spain’s most popular sports media brand has announced the re-launch of betting portal ‘MARCAapuestas.es’ in partnership with Playtech.
The multi-year partnership sees Playtech services manage MARCA’s sports betting and igaming provisions on all digital platforms (desktop and mobile), with the Spanish media owner migrating its existing player base from the GTECH platform to Playtech solutions.
Furthermore, Playtech management informed the media that it would launch its full casino solution for MARCA in the coming months.
The re-launch of MARCAapuestas.es, sees the gambling supplier win a further European media account, with MARCA joining Gazzetta dello Sport (Italy) as a Playtech partner.
Part of Grupo Unidad Editorial, MARCA is Spain’s most read daily print and online newspaper with a daily audience estimated at more than 2.5 million.
