Bonnier AB Acquire Nordic Leisure – ‘Redbet’

Bonniercorp Scandinavian media corporation Bonnier AB have announced the acquisition of Malta based private gaming operator – Nordic Leisure for the apparent sum of SEK 38 million (€4.5 million). The sale is still subject to approval by the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority, nevertheless Bonnier AB remain confident that the acquisition of Nordic Leisure will be approved in the coming days.
