Targeting aggressive expansion in 2019, the governance of Nasdaq-listed industry technology group Scientific Games Corporation (SGC) has moved to restructure its executive leadership teams.
Issuing a market update, SGC confirms three executive promotions impacting its SG Lottery and Digital divisions.
Entering 2019, SG Lottery unit will be led by Patrick McHugh, current Senior Vice President of Global Lottery Systems, who is promoted to the position of ‘Lottery Executive Vice President & Group Chief Executive’.
In his new role, McHugh is supported by former division leadership incumbent Jim Kennedy, who takes Chairmanship of SG Lottery, taking on the title of ‘Group Executive VP and Lottery Chairman’.

For its expanded interactive and digital division, SGC governance confirms that Matt Davey current subsidiary Chief Executive of SG Digital will leave the company at the end of year.
Moving forward, Davey’s role as SG Digital Chief Executive will be fulfilled by Jordan Levin a long-term SGC group executive.
Working at SGC since 2006, Levin has served in a number of group strategic leadership positions including VP of Corporate Development, President of Interactive and Chief Operations Officer of acquired asset William Interactive.
