OPTIMA picks up Rising Star prize at the LinkedIn Talent Awards

Sports betting and gaming solutions provider OPTIMA has been crowned by LinkedIn – the world’s largest professional networking site, as the firm’s Rising Star in Spain.

The recognition came as part of the LinkedIn Talent Awards, which are awarded to companies based on their utilization of LinkedIn solutions and activities across the platform.

OPTIMA was selected for the award based on research completed by LinkedIn using advanced tools to analyse data from their own social network. A review of the OPTIMA team culture and employer values were also considered during the judgement process.

The awards are split across three main regions – Europe, Latin America and the Middle East, Africa and Turkey, then sub divided into countries. The European region covers Belgium, Netherlands, Nordics, Italy and OPTIMA’s home country of Spain.

The other awards in Spain, besides the Rising Star won by OPTIMA, were for Top Social Recruiter, Best Talent Acquisition Team, Best Employer Brand on LinkedIn and Best Culture of Learning.

Just a few weeks after CEO Jacob Lopez collected OPTIMA’S prize for Systems Management at the Oracle Excellence Innovation Awards 2018, Jesús Baus (HR Director) and María Lantero (Marketing Executive), were on hand to collect the LinkedIn gong in a ceremony held at Sala Equis in Madrid.

Lantero said: “This award is an important recognition for OPTIMA’s company HR strategy and for all our employees knowing that at OPTIMA, talent is considered to be at the core of its success and each employee is precious to us.”
