Sporting Solutions launches ‘operations smart’ RMS vertical with Danske Spil as first client

Industry market provisions and data supplier Sporting Solutions (part of the Sporting Group), has today announced the launch of its new vertical ‘Risk Management Services (RMS)’.

The service is launched with Danish state-owned operator Danske Spil as the first client to utilise Sporting Solutions RMS.

Detailing the launch, Sporting Solutions development specifies that RMS covers four critical functions for operator management: price coverage, risk management, trading functionalities and back-office operations.

The new vertical is further supported by Sporting Solutions trading software allowing for customised local content and better client scalability.

A key product launch for Sporting Group, RMS is designed to be agnostic with existing client technology stacks. The vertical has been developed to reduce complexities around ‘switching/monitoring risk’ a technical and costly challenge for operators and industry stakeholders.

Updating stakeholders, Simon Trim, CEO of Sporting Group, commented on the launch “RMS is set to further improve their quality offering with a bespoke risk management service and a business process outsourcing proposition unique to the marketplace.

“We’ve transformed risk management from an art to a science, by developing methodology based on statistical analysis, expert trader insights and predictive market movements.

Adding unique ‘risk-adjusted pricing algorithms’ which adjust automatically based on bet volume, customer profile, market behaviour and expected market movement, Sporting Solutions aims to enhance margin and drive revenue growth in a secure manner for industry clients.

Trim welcomed Danske Spil as Sporting Solutions first RMS client: “Danske Spil have long been recognised as both a market leader and one of the most progressive lottery operators in the world, and we are very proud to announce them as a first partner.”

“RMS will allow Danske Spil to concentrate their resources on offering differentiated, bespoke content for their customer base, which is crucial for any lottery operator trying to compete against strong competition in their local market”.

“The combination of risk management, flexible trading tools and back-end operations is unique to the industry and we’re really excited about the potential of RMS to further strengthen our business and unique position in the Danish market.”
