VSoftCo secures multi-year partnership with Leander Games

Virtual sports specialist VSoftCo has agreed a multi-year partnership with Leander Games to integrate its first branded football game VStriker.

The deal will enable the blue chip Leander client list to offer the VStriker World Football League, dictating the story line of the famous Striker comic strip that first appeared in The Sun newspaper in 1985.

The three-year partnership, complete with an automatic renewal, also includes the integration of VSoftCo’s full suite of virtual sports games and VSoftCo’s casino based table games, which contains a Striker branded variant of Spot The Ball.

Simon Westbury, Chief Commercial Officer at VSoftCo, said: “We are delighted to be working with Leander Games and we look forward to offering the first branded virtual football game to Leander’s impressive list of stellar clients. This deal really does put VStriker on the map and allows for further distribution of VSoftCo’s premium virtual sports to an exclusive list of Tier 1 gaming clients.”

Steven Matsell, CEO at Leander Games, commented: “We are always looking for innovation, to differentiate content made available via our LeGa platform. VSoftCo are our first foray into Virtual Sports and certainly fit the bill, with the VStriker brand. We really appreciate their approach of blending Virtual Sports with fixed odds games to allow for a unique player experience and cross sell.”
