Paddy Power innovation: One Touch & Track My Bet

Paddy Power has released its latest innovation, One Touch, with a focus on improving the ease with which users are able to place live bets. OneTouch1

A statement on its launch summarised many users’ issues with in-play betting in that it’s overly time consuming with action affecting the bet you may wish to place with every second that passes. The bookmaker claims that One Touch is the fastest way to bet in-play.

The new feature is now live across all live betting events if accessing Paddy Power on a mobile device. First the user must turn on One Touch at the bottom at which point they’ll be shown a message confirming that it’s been activated.

Whilst activated it’ll mean users’ bets are placed immediately after they hit place bet as opposed to having to confirm the bet afterward for it to process.

This innovation follows another recent addition from Paddy Power in the form of the Track My Bet feature. The aim of this is to allow Paddy customers to track their in-store bets online or on mobile. tracker

Users can choose to either give their mobile number in-store whilst placing a bet in which case a text will be sent to the phone with a link, or they can visit trackmybet.co.uk and simply type the betting slip number in to check their progress.
