Camelot Global replaces IGT as digital services provider

Swiss lottery operator Loterie Romande has entered into a supplier partnership with Camelot Global (Camelot UK subsidiary) which will see the lottery services provider redevelop the online gaming platform for www.loro.ch.

The new partnership, will see Loterie Romande, the licensed lottery operator for French-speaking Switzerland drop its long term IGT-powered Loro.ch games platform with Camelot Global acting as its main provider.

Announcing its new supplier, Loterie Romande governance stated that a new online gaming platform was needed in order for the company to cater towards new user habits, by offering greater interactive access and a wider games selection.

Jean-Luc Moner-Banet, Loterie Romande’s CEO, commented on the new partnership,

“The habits of those playing online are evolving fast to keep pace with technological advances. More and more players want to access our online gaming site from their tablets and smartphones; this explains why our new platform will be designed so it can be adapted in an optimum way to work with these devices.”
