Amaya Inc online poker subsidiary PokerStars continues to diversify its multi-media channel output, by announcing that it has launched its free to play Jackpot Poker app for Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV stick devices.
The development of the Jackpot Poker app for Amazon, will allow viewers to access PokerStars social gaming app directly from their televisions via the Amazon TV devices. The Amazon Jackpot Poker app, will connect to PokerStars social games player pool, allowing for Amazon TV viewers to participate in free to play poker tournaments and other branded games.
The news of PokerStars launch on Amazon TV, follows January’s announcement that the operator had launched ‘PokerStars.tv’ application on Apple TV
