iGaming technology provider Playtech have appointed former DLA Piper Senior Partner Hilary Stewart-Jones as Deputy Chairman with immediate effect.
Stewart-Jones joined Playtech from law firm DLA Piper in October 2013 as Non-Executive Director. A qualified solicitor Hillary-Jones has consulted various igaming operators on governance and legal matters.

Alan Jackson, Non-Executive Chairman of Playtech, commented on the appointment of Stewart-Jones:
“Since her appointment, Hilary has made a significant contribution to the Company’s board through her extensive knowledge of the gambling industry. On behalf of the Board, I am delighted that Hilary has agreed to become my deputy.”
Alongside Jackson and Stewart-Jones, Playtech’s board is comprised of the company’s chief executive Mor Weizer, chief financial officer Ron Hoffman and senior non-executive director Andrew Thomas.
