ITIA examines betting Irregularities of Wimbledon matches

Two 2021 Wimbledon matches are under investigation after bookmakers flagged ‘possible irregular betting patterns’ to the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA). IBIA records a 48% increase in suspicious betting for 2020

The International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA) has recorded a 48% increase in suspicious betting reports from 2019 to 2020, with a 25% increase in football alone. In total 270 cases were reported, spanning 43 countries and 15 different sports, with 68 occurring in the first quarter. ITIA launches new website for tennis integrity stakeholders

Tennis’ governing bodies have launched the International Tennis Integrity Authority (ITIA) new website to improve communication, information and engagement between all stakeholders protecting integrity across all levels of the sport.
