Stake.com has formed a strategic partnership with Aspire Global to assist with its planned launch in the UK market, leveraging the latter’s platform, sportsbook, games, game aggregator and managed services.
Outside of the UK, Stake.com has built up a considerable international presence via extensive marketing and branding campaigns, notably becoming the first official betting partner of MMA’s Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in Latin America and Asia.
Additionally, the cryptocurrency sports betting and gaming operator – which first launched in 2017 and takes around 30 million bets annually – has struck partnerships with prominent UFC fighters Israel Adesanya and Francis Ngannou, with the respective middleweight and heavyweight champions taking on a brand ambassador position with the firm.
“When we planned our expansion to the regulated UK market, we searched for a partner who can provide the entire igaming offering and is renowned for its technology, expertise and products,” said Mladen Vuckovic, CEO at Stake.com.

Meanwhile, Aspire Global has successfully pursued an extensive M&A strategy for 2021, finalising the integration of Parliplay’s Fusion platform into its BtoBet sportsbook provider subsidiary in May, just under two months after BtoBet secured its UK licence.
The acquisition of BtoBet has enabled Aspire to enhance its operations not only in the UK but also in Latin America and Asia, and the firm reported a strong opening quarter to the trading year, announcing an increase in revenue to €48.1 million (Q1 2020: €33.7 million),
