Flutter appoints Greg McCaw to lead global I&D directives

Flutter Entertainment Plc has appointed Greg McCaw as the FTSE100 betting group’s first Group Director of Inclusion and Diversity. 

McCaw will work alongside Chief People Officer Caroline Ross, Flutter’s Chief in developing and executing the firm’s corporate diversity and employee inclusion directives across all-levels of the business – ‘from intern-to-leadership’. 

A seasoned executive in HR planning and the delivery of effective talent development programmes, McCaw has formerly served as Sky Bet’s ‘Head of People Experience’(2019-2020).

He will lead the development of a new inclusion-&-diversity committee monitoring the FTSE firm’s progress on key targets and objectives.

Flutter branded McCaw as the optimal candidate to lead its group-wide diversity and inclusion directives, with his previous Sky Bet HR programmes highlighted by the ‘All in Diversity Project’ as amongst the industry’s most forward-thinking on promoting workplace equality.
