Argyll Entertainment has partnered with ‘customer reactivation specialist’ Enteractive to revive its ‘dormant player accounts’.
Enteractive, a provider of ‘retention-as-a-service’ support for igaming incumbents, has been tasked with executing customised Argyll reactivation campaigns for its UK flagship brand SportNation.
The reactivation campaign will focus on reviving ‘hard-to-reach lapsed’ and ‘churned players’ registered on SportNation’s customer database.
Furthermore, the initiative will see lapsed SportNation players personally contacted via one-to-one phone calls by Enteractive reactivation teams, updating customers on the latest promotions, incentives and activities.
