Greek online gaming and sports betting operator Kaizen Gaming has strengthened its board by appointing Claus Jansson as its new Head of Affiliate Marketing and Media Buying.
Jansson’s primary responsibility will be overseeing the firm’s strategic local and international expansion plans for its flagship Betano and Stoiximan brands, and will report directly to company CMO Panos Konstantopoulos.
‘It’s a great honor for me to be part of one of the most prominent and fast growing GameTech companies in Europe,” said Jansson.
“Kaizen Gaming is among the industry leaders, having achieved many great things and received accolades and awards over the past years. It is my firm belief that Kaizen Gaming will become even greater, at an international level and I am excited to be part of this process.”
The new marketing chief will bring extensive experience to the Kaizen board, having previously worked as Head of Commercial for international sports betting media company Better Collective, in addition to offering consultancy services to online sportsbook and casino Betfair.
Panos Κonstantopoulos commented: “We are very pleased to welcome Claus to the Kaizen Gaming family and highly confident that he has the full potential to thrive in communicating the company’s great dynamics and values, while developing new, innovative ideas.
“His expertise and extensive experience in our industry offers great value to our company and could be no less than a testament of our growth; we are looking forward to further enhancing our affiliate marketing strategic positioning across all markets of operation under his guidance.”
Kaizen Gaming is the largest sports betting and gaming company in Greece, offering its Stoixman brand in its home country in addition to Cyprus, as well as operating in Germany, Romania, Portugal and Brazil via Betano.
The company has also entered the field of sports sponsorship, having recently signed an agreement with Brazilian Serie A team Club Atletico Mineiro.
