Triggy boosts engagement with LeoAlerts American football addition

Triggy has strengthened its US market offering with the addition of American football to the LeoAlerts live score app from LeoVegas.

Lauded by Triggy as a ‘milestone’ for the company, it will allow LeoAlerts users to get personalised push notifications and ‘NextBets’ for their favoured games and teams.

NextBets comes with a ‘Trigger’ functionality where you can set alerts for odds, time, and score updates, which significantly enhances the in-play betting experience.

Triggy AB CEO Martina Åkerlund said: “The release of American football in our standalone live score apps is a major achievement for Triggy and part of the strategy to provide multi-sport coverage.

“More sports, such as basketball and baseball, will be added in H1 2021 to strengthen our offer especially in the US market. We have seen great interest from forward thinking sports betting operators that want to own the full in-play betting experience.”

Speaking to SBC last summer, Triggy co-founder Björn Nilsson said that the US has become a key focus for the company – with plans to enhance product engagement for operators.

He said at the time that its US product offering would feature American football first, before “adding basketball, baseball and hockey to the mix as we go”.
