betFIRST names Timothy Mastelinck as new marketing lead

Belgian sportsbook and casino operator betFIRST has confirmed the appointment of Timothy Mastelinck as its new Chief Marketing Officer.

Mastelinck joins betFIRST having previously served as the Global Head of Sponsorships with Kindred and the Belgian Country Marketing Manager for Bwin.

Commenting on his new role, Mastelinck stated: “I am very excited to take on this challenge with the leading sports betting brand in Belgium, betFIRST. We share the same values and are both driven by our passion for sports whilst offering a responsible product.

“With 13 years experience working in different roles in the igaming industry, I am looking forward to helping grow the business both in Belgium and internationally.”

betFIRST praised Mastelinck’s deep involvement in the Belgian betting and gaming market, stating that the new CMO will add ‘incredible value to the ever-growing team’.
