BtoBet leads omnichannel makeover of CamanBet Venezuela

BtoBet has continued to expand its South American market profile by confirming that Venezuelan licensed bookmaker CamanBet has selected ‘Neuron 3’ to lead its strategic overhaul.

Securing its first Venezuelan partner, BtoBet has been appointed to lead CamanBet’s ‘shift from a purely retail business to a new omnichannel approach’ with its new systems and structures powered by the Neuron 3 platform.

A heritage sportsbook brand, CamanBet has operated retail betting points across Venezuela for the past 14 years.

Following a review of its corporate strategy,  CamanBet has moved to diversify its wagering verticals by launching its first digital and mobile gambling properties with BtoBet.

Camanbet’s Carlos Costa said: “With digital growth indicators constantly on the rise in the form of greater internet penetration and mobile connectivity, we had to reflect this shift in the very way we are available to our players.

“Furthermore the past months characterized by the novel coronavirus pandemic has shown a greater tendency of customers to opt for e-commerce based services. It was our duty to address our players’ requirements and provide a better UX across a wider channel diversity.”

BtoBet’s Neuron 3 system is a single solution omni-channel platform tailored for developing market operators, supplying incumbents with comprehensive business management tools to build and scale their differentiated betting experience.

BtoBet’s Chief Marketing Officer, Sabrina Soldà, expressed her pleasure over striking the deal. “CamanBet have built a respectable reputation through their retail network, and it is with pleasure to note that they have opted for the Neuron 3 platform to diversify their strategy through online channels,” she said.

“I am positive that the success story achieved on the retail level will also be reflected on the other digital channels, with CamanBet now being able to provide other verticals to their players allowing for greater interaction and engagement.”
