Susan Ball departs Kambi Group governance

Issuing a corporate update, Stockholm-listed betting technology supplier Kambi Group Plc has disclosed that Susan Ball has resigned as a member of the firm’s Board of Directors with immediate effect.

The technology firm reports that has Ball departed Kambi Group governance to ‘pursue other business opportunities’.

The former Unibet Plc Chief Financial Officer and ex-senior partner at Ernst & Young had been part of Kambi Group’s governance team which floated the company on the Stockholm Nasdaq in 2014.

A seasoned finance executive for technology and digital enterprises, Ball advised Kambi leadership on a number of growth initiatives and corporate directives following the firm’s IPO.

Commenting on the departure of Ball, Lars Stugemo, Chairman of Kambi, said:

“Sue has played an invaluable role on our Board over the last four years. Her judgment, financial acumen, sector experience and deep interest in the culture of our business have benefited our people and our shareholders.

“Whilst we are sorry she can no longer serve on our Board, we wish Sue all the best for her future endeavours.”
