britbet has revealed the latest range of multi-leg bets that the pool betting operator’s customers can enjoy when the racecourse-backed partnership launches in July.
The GOLDPOT, SILVERPOT and PLACER bets will also feature new innovations, including life-changing minimum guaranteed prize pools, cash-out and consolation dividends.
Cash-out will allow customers betting on the new multi-leg britbet products the option of cashing-out their tickets between legs – a world-first for racecourse pool bettors.
The GOLDPOT will challenge customers to find the winner of every race at one selected meeting each day, with minimum prize pools often rising to over £1 million. Consolation prize pools will be available for customers who miss the top prize by one or two winning selections.
The SILVERPOT will capture races 3-6 on all meetings with guarantees again offered on the pool size and a consolation prize pool for three out of four winning selections.
While the PLACER requires customers to select a horse to be placed in each of the first six races, available at every meeting. Like all the multi-leg bets, cash-out between legs will be available.
David Williams, Director of Communications at britbet, said: “Cash-out is part and parcel of the modern-day betting experience but racing – and pools in particular – has lagged behind in this space. We’re correcting that with our cash-out functionality and we expect it to really enhance the raceday experience, especially on-course.
“We know that multi-leg customers want a crack at landing some really big winnings and our guaranteed pools prizes will provide that opportunity more often and more consistently. The consolation pool feature will offer lifelines to customers who go close without picking every winner whilst cash-out will add an extra element of excitement to the day.”
In addition to being available to racecourse punters, these new bets will be available online through britbet’s own soon to be launched website, as well as via a series of UK and international operator partners.
The unveiling of the new multi-leg bets follows on from the recent announcement that britbet will be launching new correct-order bets to the market.
