Kindred promotes Maris Bonello to Sustainability & Research lead

A Unibet veteran since 2009, working on fraud and responsible gambling initiatives, Bonello has been a key stakeholder in Kindred’s launch of new group-wide social responsibility tools and protections.

Confirming the promotion of Maris Bonello, Ewout Keuleers, General Counsel at Kindred Group detailed

“We see an increased importance in strengthening our work in the area of responsible gambling and basing it on empirical research through further collaborations, but also further understanding our own data in this area. As a group, we have done a lot through the great work of Maris and her team with the development of PS-EDS as one example, but we need to keep pushing this barrier to ensure our customers can enjoy gambling with us in a safe, secure and sustainable way”,

“In the new role as Head of Player Sustainability Research & Integrity Team (PSRI), Maris Bonello will increase her focus on how consumer protection and data-based decisions will help drive Kindred’s efforts in this crucial area and thereby facilitate sustainable consumption of our products and sustainable growth for Kindred”
