Online betting exchange Matchbook, has removed all commissions on its racing market wagers as part of its Cheltenham Festival 2018 marketing drive.

Having started the promotion on 9 February, Matchbook details that it has dropped its standard 1.5% commission rate on winning racing bets until 19 March.

The betting exchange’s exclusive promotion will cover the upcoming Cheltenham Festival 2018 (Tuesday 13 March – Friday 16 March), traditionally the biggest wagering week for the British and Irish betting sectors.

In 2017, Cork-based Matchbook has moved to expand its coverage within racing securing a series of multi-race title sponsorships with racecourse operator The Jockey Club.
