Continuing its commitment to Yorkshire technology and social enterprise, Sky Betting & Gaming (SB&G) has announced that it will invest a further £1 million on its ‘Commercial Academy’ programme.

Geared towards graduate recruitment, SB&G’s Commercial Academy will offer a range of opportunities across the company’s HR, finance, marketing and commercial divisions.

SB&G detailed that positions offered by its Commercial Academy would offer competitive salaries with full corporate benefits. Furthermore the operator may support academy graduates with subsidies for further post-graduate professional studies.

This latest investment takes SB&G’s total support for the development of early career initiatives to £2.5m and the total number of graduate opportunities at the company to around 50.

Rob Painter, Sky Betting & Gaming’s Brand and HR Director, commented on the programme:“It is great news that our Commercial Academy is now open for applications. This intensive programme will help develop the attributes needed to thrive in a fast paced and growing technology business.”
