Ladbrokes is trailing its ‘industry first’ gamification focused player rewards system, titled ‘Ladbrokes Life Adventure’.
The player benefits scheme has been rolled out for initial testing on Ladbrokes Casino, the system is designed to reward players for engagement with Ladbrokes products
The scheme will see players collect coins each time they play casino games with the accumulated coins then able to be traded for scratchcards with guaranteed cash prizes.
The operator aims to see increased retention levels, improved player uptake of promotions and enhanced engagement with new inventory.
Still in its beta testing phase, ‘Ladbrokes Life Adventure’ has been rolled out to a select number of customers for a trial period. If successful the scheme will be further introduced to its bingo, poker and sports betting products
Ladbrokes Digital Chief Operating Officer Pablo Grunbaum said he was delighted to be launching the new initiative.
