The creators of the Mirror’s Premiership fantasy football offering and mobile app; the Fantasy iTeam (FiT) have teamed up with Goal.com to create a new and individual fantasy offering for users; the European Super League.
This is unique in that it’ll be the first fantasy product in which players can make selections from the top five major European leagues; the Premiership, La Liga, Serie A, the Bundesliga, and Ligue 1, and have them all in one team.
Just like the FiT Premier League app, the Goal.com offering will cost nothing to download, users will be able to challenge their friends via the app, and there’ll be a whole host or prizes worth over £15,000. Furthermore, it’ll include an interactive live newsfeed regularly updated with scores and squad news.
Phil Shaw, Commercial Director at Fantasy iTeam, said of the news: “Following hot on the heels of our recent deal with The Mirror, we’re delighted to be launching this exclusive new app with Goal.com.”
He continued: “The European Super League is a completely new, unique concept in fantasy football and we’ve designed it to open the app up to a global audience rather than just a UK-centric one.”
Goal.com has a huge following worldwide, and reaches millions of fans each month.
