DraftKings forms media partnership NASCAR

US stock car racing league NASCAR has announced a three year exclusive media partnership with fantasy sports operator DraftKings.

The partnership will see DarftKings become the official daily fantasy sports partner of NASCAR races, and will further see DraftKings’ brand, tournaments and special promotions throughout NASCAR circuits and race day events.

DraftKings have further confirmed that it will develop a NASCAR branded games to be included in its current fantasy sports portfolio.

Jason Robins CEO and Co-Founder of DraftKings commented on the NASCAR partnership

“We’re always exploring new avenues for innovation and stats from NASCAR Digital Media’s direct data feed that we will provide to our players is another example of DraftKings’ commitment to incorporating new technologies for the benefit of the fan.”

Steve Phelps, NASCAR Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer backed DraftKings enthusiasm commenting
