In time for next week’s Cheltenham Festival (Tuesday 10 – Friday 13 March) BetVictor has announced the launch its latest advertising campaign, featuring long time BetVictor mascot Maurice (played by comedian Paul Kaye).

BetVictor launched its new multi-content advertising campaign under the guidance of creative advertising agency VCCP, as the operator aims to highlight non-football betting markets.

The campaign will support BetVictor’s recent TV advertising campaigns which featured former England National Football team manager Sven Goran Eriksson

Anton Bell, Chief Marketing Officer at BetVictor, said: “Our Maurice character has quickly become one of the most instantly recognisable advert stars on TV today and Maurice in the ‘hot seat’ provides us with a platform to communicate to the wider betting audience, across the many sports set to dominate the British spring and summer.”

Julian Douglas, Vice Chairman at VCCP, added: “The latest series of Maurice ads work as a suite promoting BetVictor’s non-football offering. We’re pleased to be able to cover different business priorities for BetVictor while keeping the humour and tone of the brand.”

BetVictor’s TV advert was launched on UK TV in 2 March
