Northern Irish bookmaker Toals has confirmed plans to ‘accelerate its print-to-digital transition’ by upgrading its betting shop displays (BSD) to Racing Post Digital systems.
The upgrade will see all Toals NI betting shops fitted with Racing Post’s interactive touchscreen displays, offering customers in-depth and accurate data, information and content across all sports and horseracing fixtures (UK and international).
Further in-store benefits will see Racing Post’s BSDs provide Toals’ racing customers with exclusive race verdicts and predictors so that punters can make informed wagering decisions.
Toals confirmed that Racing Post BSDs have been initially rolled out across its three estates of Ballymena, Portadown and its flagship store in Belfast.

Racing Post displays have been a mainstay for bookmakers since their launch more than 20 years ago with the retail product undertaking yearly enhancements throughout the course of its history.
In 2020, Racing Post upgraded its BSD systems with ‘Raspberry Pi’ technology, allowing clients to engage in set-and-forget configurations providing quicker screen load times and further cost-effective interactions for partners.
