Nasdaq-listed industry technology group Scientific Games Corporation (SGC), has expanded its governance committee, confirming the appointment of Kneeland C. Youngblood as a new company director.
An expert in large-scale financing projects, corporate recapitalisation and political stakeholder management, Youngblood will serve as an SGC advisor and member of the Nasdaq enterprises’ compensation and compliance committees.
A qualified physician, Youngblood is the founding partner of US healthcare and pharmaceutical private equity firm Pharos Capital LLC.
A Texas native Youngblood also serves as director of Mallinckrodt plc, a speciality pharmaceutical company, and as a director of TPG Pace Holdings. Furthermore, Youngblood has served as a member of the US Council of Foreign Relations.
