SBC News 'Personalisation at Scale'...Goodwood partners with Qubit for digital inventory optimisationThe Goodwood Group, owners of the popular West Sussex estate Goodwood which hosts major motorsports, horseracing and leisure events has partnered with digital personalization specialist Qubit to optimise the performance of its digital assets.

Confirming the partnership, Goodwood marketing has detailed that it wants Qubit technologies’ to bring ‘personalisation at scale’ to its digital inventory boosting sales and average order values through ‘enhanced user experience’.

The Goodwood estate enters its busy summer period, promoting major UK sporting and entertainment events. Qubit’s machine learning technology will process the wealth of data to continuously personalise Goodwood’s online booking journey and provide tailored experiences.

“Providing amazing customer experience both physically on the Goodwood Estate, and through our digital platforms is what we constantly strive to achieve,” said Andrew Fellingham, Head of Digital at The Goodwood Group.

“By using the Qubit platform this will allow us to tailor experiences to our customers across our wide range of different Goodwood product categories from motorsport, horseracing and golf.”

Qubit’s senior management team, was pleased to secure the partnership, noting the potential for improving cross-sell opportunities between Goodwood events, improving the group’s customer recommendation abilities and increasing user engagement with live events
