SIS finalise their customer forum details

LBO broadcasters SIS have finalised their programme of customer events and already LBO owners are looking to attend.  SIS are again planning a series of Forums to give customers an opportunity to meet key decision-makers within SIS, discuss issues and developments, and have their input into how the services work.

SIS have also committed to supporting the Bookmakers Trade Fair, organised by BOS Magazine, on Thursday 9th October and will be on hand to talk to customers.

The venues and dates of this year’s Forums are:

  • Doncaster – Monday 12th May
  • Ascot – Friday 11th July
  • Chepstow – Tuesday 16th September

Helen Scott, Head of Customer Services, SIS Betting, said: “This is the seventh year of our Forums, which shows what an important part of the calendar they have become for our customers. Our main aim when we started in 2007 was to allow customers to meet SIS executives and talk about services. But it’s proved more than that.

“The customers can see real change in our services following the feedback and debate they provide at Forums.  If we think a particular idea or request will benefit everyone and that it’s cost-effective, then it will happen. The Forums illustrate that our customers have a stake in our services.”

The Forums are arranged regionally to allow as many LBO operators as possible to attend from that area. The formal business of the Forums is usually followed by lunch and an opportunity to carry on the discussion, and then an afternoon’s racing.
