CashBet appoints former PlayStation US President Steve Race to its board

California-based social and mobile gambling platform provider CashBet (www.cashbet.com) has confirmed the appointment of former Sony PlayStation North America President Steve Race to its board of directors.

Race a thirty-year leadership executive across numerous sectors including gaming and finance, will advise CashBet management on corporate strategy and product development.

As former President of PlayStation North America (1993 – 1995), Race was in charge of the nation wide launch of the hugely popular console gaming system.

Race has prior gambling experience having advised the governances of gambling machine manufacturers’ Bally Technologies and Scientific Games.
