Igaming games content developer NetEnt has announced that its whopping €5.7 million (£4.4 million) jackpot was struck by a lucky LeoVegas.com customer.
The games developer revealed that the jackpot had been won by a Swedish LeoVegas customer, who had been playing the casino’s Mega Fortune Touch mobile version. The €5.7 million jackpot sum is the biggest ever prize pool won by a mobile player on NetEnt games inventory.
The record jackpot was won on a single €1.3 slot wager and coincides with the third year anniversary of LeoVegas mobile casino.
This is the second million Euro jackpot to have landed at LeoVegas, in September 2014 the casino which specialises in mobile slot games, reported that a player had hit its €2.4 million on the Mega Jackpot slot.
Simon Hammon, Chief Product Officer of NetEnt, commented on the jackpot hit:“It’s a privilege to announce NetEnt’s Mega Fortune has paid out the largest ever jackpot on mobile. This is the second big win on LeoVegas.com and it underlines the huge profit potential of our pooled jackpot portfolio”
