For the second year in a row, Optimove’s multichannel campaigns have been commended by Gartner after the former was named a Challenger in its 2021 Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs.
This year also marks the fourth consecutive year that Optimove has been recognised in the Gartner Critical Capability report.
The report uses 15 different criteria to score vendors across four key use cases – helping brands to “pinpoint areas of differentiation to determine which vendors may be suitable fits to their requirements”.
Following the evaluation process, Optimove was positioned in the Challengers’ quadrant “for its ability to execute and completeness of vision”.

Optimove has celebrated the results of the Gartner assessment after receiving the second highest ranking for Campaign measurement, the fourth highest for Campaign Orchestration and the sixth highest for Campaign Execution.
