A GAME ABOVE appoints Nicolas Fleiderman as new CEO

Nicolas Fleiderman has been selected as the new Chief Executive Officer for A GAME ABOVE, taking over from Steen Madsen who stepped down earlier this year.

Fleiderman’s appointment comes soon after the customer experience campaigns and consulting agency celebrated its first anniversary.

In his new role, the new CEO will focus primarily on the company’s growth within regulated markets across Africa, Europe, the US and Latin America as well as the ‘omnichannel opportunity’.

“Since my first meeting with the A GAME ABOVE team last year I was fascinated by their business model and the team’s confidence in their unique campaigns creating loyal and passionate customers through all stages of the value chain,” said Fleiderman.

“Working together on a shared client  project at that time I saw first-hand how dramatically they can impact the P&L, in some cases within just days of a campaign launch. The more we talked about the future of the industry, given our different perspectives, the more I felt I could add the required leadership and  direction that would make for a powerful sum of the parts.

Confirming his appointment, A GAME ABOVE lauded the huge experience across the betting and gaming industry for Fleiderman, who has previously occupied C-level positions with 15 gaming companies across the world.

In addition to roles within ‘large state-owned companies and PLCs’, Fleiderman has also held responsibility for overseeing ‘multi-million dollar M&A and management exits realised for established businesses’.
