LV BET continues sponsorship journey with Vanarama National League

LV BET has confirmed that it has renewed and expanded its partnership arrangement with the Vanarama National League until the end of the 2020-2021 season.

The bookmaker will continue to serve as the ‘official betting partner’ of Vanarama National League’s North and South divisions, gearing-up for a critical season of non-league football.

Since 2019, LV BET has served as a principal sponsor of the Vanarama National League, collaborating in the league’s community initiatives and working with amateur football clubs as its headline UK partnership.

LV BET was cited as a critical partner during a disrupted 2019-2020 season, in which the league’s North and South had to be concluded on a points per game basis, with six playoff teams competing in knock-out matches for promotion to League Two.

Speaking to SBC, LV BET Chief Commercial Officer Marcin Jablonski praised the Vanarama National League perseverance through its disrupted season, which concluded with all play-off matches broadcasted on BT Sport.

The National League have been really open and transparent throughout the back end last season and worked with us to ensure we could maximise exposure during the end of last season,” Jablonski said.

“They worked tremendously hard to ensure the play-offs could be delivered and we received an over-delivery in broadcast branding during the National League play-offs including assets at Wembley during the Final. With the streaming coverage of matches during the play-offs, we also received additional value where fans were watching the games”

The Vanarama National League begun its 2020-2021 season last weekend, with a full schedule of North and South division matches. As a principal betting partner, LV BET will continue to support the league’s ‘community first’ approach, promoting safer gambling and mental health awareness across league grounds.

Backing a further season with LV BET, Michael Tattersall, CEO of The National League, said: “The National League is pleased to extend its successful partnership with LV BET, who will sponsor the 2020-21 campaign whilst promoting responsible gambling. We are grateful to LV BET for demonstrating loyalty to the National League competition as they expand their presence in the UK market.”

Adrian Sidowski, CEO of LV BET, said: “We’re excited to continue our support of the Vanarama National League for a second season. The partnership enables us to grow our visibility in the UK and reach a wide audience of UK football fans who follow their local teams. Through smart promotions and competitions, we will maintain a strong connection with fans, bringing them closer to the action.”
