LV BET moves Ekstraklasa to Polish football with Wisla Kraków

LV BET has demonstrated its continued support for the so-called ‘White Star’ Polish football team, Wisla Kraków.

Just over nine months into the original deal, LV BET has seen enough potential in the partnership to sign a three-year extension.

The new agreement, which will include a number of joint projects between the sportsbook and the 13-times Polish champions, will come into force in July, lasting until the end of June 2021.

The sponsorship deal will represent one of the biggest in Ekstraklasa, the top-level football league in Poland.

LV BET has prepared numerous financial bonuses for the club, depending on their sports results, while the bookmaker’s logo will be emblazoned on clothing, LED bands and branding materials at Wisla’s stadium. The cooperation will also extend to activities on social media and the club’s website.

Marzena Sarapata, President of the Management Board of Wisla Kraków, said: “Huge thank you, on behalf of myself and Vice-President Damian Dukat, to LV BET, a rapidly growing bookmaker on the Polish market – above all for trust and faith in the sporting success of Wisla Kraków football team.

“It is much easier to build a club, having a partner as a brand that based itself on fresh ideas and enormous passion for sport.”

From the beginning of the spring football season, LV BET markets will be boosted by special and long-term bets dedicated to Wisla Kraków, while loyal supporters of the club will be able to take advantage of bespoke promotions.

Sponsorship will be at the forefront of this year’s Betting on Football, held at Stamford Bridge from 20-23 March. The invite-only SBC Sponsorship Forum, managed by former AC Milan Chief Commercial Officer Jaap Kalma, has been added to the #bofcon2018 agenda to discuss opportunities in football.
