BetVictor launches £100,000 Golden Goal for Chelsea vs Man Utd

Eoin Ryan, Golden GoalBetVictor has announced the launch of Golden Goal, a weekly free-to-play game giving new and existing customers the chance to win up to £100,000 on Sunday 23rd October. Once the Golden Goal is won for the first time, the prize pool will revert back to £25,000 each week.

Building on the success of BetVictor’s Euro 2016 Million Pound Goal campaign, Golden Goal asks punters to correctly predict the minute and scorer of the opening goal in a pre-selected match, which will usually be the late televised kick-off on a Sunday afternoon.

Customers can play Golden Goal for the first time ahead of Jose Mourinho’s return to Chelsea with Manchester United on Sunday. BetVictor has made a £100,000 prize pool available for the first goal scored at Stamford Bridge, an amount which will rollover and increase weekly by £25,000 if there is no winner.

All BetVictor account holders will receive one free prediction each week, and have the chance to earn up to two additional predictions each week by placing real money bets on any BetVictor product. If there is more than one winner on any given week, the prize pool will be shared.

Eoin Ryan, BetVictor Head of Sportsbook Product, said: “The Golden Goal provides new and existing customers with a free opportunity to win a serious sum of money on just one goal, every week. Simple As.

“We’ve also made it possible to earn up to two additional Golden Goal predictions each week, simply by placing sports bets or playing in our Casino. We are confident the product will prove very popular both in attracting new customers and retaining existing ones, and it will bring another level of excitement to the weekend’s football.

“We remain committed to providing our customers with a simple, enjoyable and intuitive betting experience.”
