Digital marketing and user engagement/optimisation specialist Maxymiser, has announced a set of further extensions to its optimisation suite with update 9.1 which its hopes will boost the performance of its igaming and sports client portfolio which  includes operators Paddy Power, Camelot, iGame, bwin and Betfair

Maxymiser 9.1 includes new features that empower marketers to easily personalise customer experiences and also introduces a Campaign Dashboard, a dynamic and easy-to-use interface.

In addition to this, users will be able to personalise individual experiences, visually set up campaigns and target individual experiences via a variety of segments through the Visual Campaign Builder (VCB). Users will also able to set up re-direct campaigns which means they can target campaigns and pages to different users based on specific customer segments and their different characteristics and behaviours.

Further developments provide users with the ability to quickly scroll through their campaign experiences with the QA tool without having to select every combination individually. This not only reduce the number of clicks it takes a user to select an experience, but also enables users to view all segment values for a visitor, including their geographical location. This functionality therefore improves productivity by making campaign management easier and allow the user to see campaign results faster.

In response to customer demand, 9.1 also includes major improvements to reporting, with report data loading three times faster in this new release.

Specific features and functionality within the latest release include:-

  • Easier campaign management with a Campaign Dashboard
  • Easier campaign management through the Visual Campaign Builder (VCB); including personalisation of individual experiences and setting up A/B Redirect Campaigns
  • Viewing all campaign experiences and segment values within the QA Tool
  • 3x faster reporting
  • Easily setup sophisticated campaigns with the Campaign Design API
  • Seamless access to the Support Center

Nick Keating, VP EMEA, Maxymiser, comments: “We are very excited about the latest release as we are constantly striving to make optimisation something our clients can take control of themselves. There is an increasing desire for a platform that makes things quicker and easier for marketers, and our latest feature improvements certainly delivers in this area. The greater agility and ease of use of 9.1 really allows our clients to have a greater degree of independence, whilst maintaining the expert support of our client services teams when they need it.”
