January’s sports results have shown that it is never easy to predict or bet on sports. Nevertheless Bet Advisor’s tipster community continues to deliver the best advice and tips in the industry. Senior Tipster of the Week – Aiden Monroe
Aiden Monroe is absolutely no stranger to this Tipster of the Week column. He has appeared here multiple times, simply because his record is nothing short of outstanding. Aiden is our number one tipster on the site, and having recently passed the 2,000 (TWO THOUSAND) tip marker his record is extensive and unrivalled. Almost 30,000 units of profit since he started on Bet Advisor, and January looks to be his 7th straight month of profit. This last week, Aiden provided 10 tips, winning half of them. As we’ve explained before, with the odds he gets, winning 50% is always going to bring great returns; this week saw 1592 units of profit and a yield of more than 180%.
Many people remain sceptical of betting on horses. To many, horses seem difficult to analyse or even understand – the sport can be somewhat alien to us. However, with the exceptional insight and analysis of someone like Aiden Monroe, you can profit from it consistently over sustained periods. A yield of almost 20% over 2,000 bets – try and find a record like that anywhere else – an absolute must for ANY sports betting portfolio.
Junior Tipster of the Week – Ferdinando Palladio
Ferdinando continues to provide truly impressive returns for his rapidly growing client base at Bet Advisor. This week saw him generate almost 500 units of profit from his 18 picks across Europe and North America (493.2 to be precise). These returns have only improved an already impressive return for January, with his yield for 2015 now at a very solid 21%.
The majority of his bets – more than 75% – are on the straightforward win market (home or away). In the States, with the inclusion of overtime, the draw is not an option which makes this market very straightforward. However, it’s not necessarily easy to find the value, which is something Ferdinando does to great effect – with a 63% win rate on this market alone!
In total, since he started with Bet Advisor, he has provided 155 picks with a 14.15% yield. He has even surpassed the “holy grail” for basketball tipsters of a 60% win rate. Hitting above 60% is truly outstanding and is why his client base is growing on a daily basis. Still just €29/month, he offers tremendous value for money.
Arie had a great week this week, and was somewhat unfortunate not to be crowned tipster of the week. He probably would have been the best tipster this week if it wasn’t for Aiden Monroe recording such a phenomenal return! Arie focuses solely on Ice Hockey, and this week went like many weeks do, by returning a nice profit for Arie and his clients. Just shy of 500 units profit from his 11 bets resulted in a 47% yield. January looks set to be his 5th straight month of profit for him and his clients, and I don’t know a sane man who would bet against February becoming his 6th straight month of profit!
Since joining Bet Advisor, Arie has recorded more than 750 picks, winning an impressive 54% and obtaining a yield of 9.1% (4800+ units of profit). A long term yield above 5% can be deemed as very successful, so to have 9.1% on a ‘minor’ sport shows just what a useful addition someone like Arie can be to a serious punter’s betting portfolio.
Davide Palombi – Great returns
4 months with Bet Advisor, and 4 months of profit. Davide provided 31 tips to his clients this week, mainly draws, and despite a low win rate (32%), he returned 17.6% yield – 378 units. A great start on the platform with more than 1,000 units of profit in each of his first two months was followed up by a profitable December, and now January is hovering around the +500 unit mark. As we have said before here at Bet Advisor, Davide Palombi bucks the trend by using the orthodox markets of Asian Handicap/Goals less frequently, and focuses instead on 1X2. His ability to find high priced value has been exceptional and is the reason he has been so profitable.
