Following the departure of Head of Real Money Gaming Will Collins, Facebook has announced the promotion of former igaming executive Tarquin Henderson as his replacement.
The social network announced the departure of Will Collins after 2 and a half years heading up the real money division of Facebook. Collins had overseen multiple partnerships and integrations between Facebook and social gambling products. Social gaming news source confirmed that Collins is now preparing to launch a social gambling consultancy.
Tarquin Henderson will takeover as leader of Facebook’s igaming and gambling division, having been promoted from his previous role as head of EMEA Gambling Sales.
Henderson has held senior management positions for igaming operators Betclic and 888. Henderson will be tasked with growing igaming partnerships for the social network, as European and US igaming regions legalise online gaming.
