bwin.party governance has announced the appointment of Liz Catchpole and Barry Gibson as independent Non-Executive Directors with effect from 1 March.
Catchpole and Gibson will succeed Rod Perry Chairman of Remuneration and Helmut Kern Chairman of Audit & Risk Committee, who are both retiring from the board after the conclusion of the firms 2015 General Meeting.
Barry Gibson (63) is an experienced Plc company director, who has served as Senior Independent Director for William Hill and Chairman of Remuneration for Playtech Plc. Gibson currently serves as Chairman of HomeServe Plc and Harding Retail Limited.
Liz Catchpole (49) is a CCA executive with experience in the business services, insurance and property sector. Catchpole is currently an independent non-executive director and chair of the audit committee at both The University of Law and Sembcorp Bournemouth Water. She has served CFO roles for Chesterfield Partners, Williams Lea Group Limited and Swiss Reinsurance. Catchpole holds an MBA from Cranfield University
