Andrew Bowen joins GamCrowd as Chief Financial Officer

gamcrowdGamCrowd specialists in  crowd funding and crowd sourcing for the igaming industry , have announced the appointment of ex-Ladbrokes egaming and Scientific Games Chief Financial Officer Andrew Bowen. Bowden joins the newly formed crowd funding vertical as Chief Financial Officer

Andrew Bowen is a veteran of the igaming industry, he was a key member of the Ladbroke Plc team that set up digital operations for the gambling operator. In 2008 Bowen would depart from Ladbrokes to join Scientific Games Group as Group Fianance Director.

Bowden left his position with Scientific Games Group in 2012,  Bowen has advised several digital start-ups in and outside of igaming on start-up venture funding and organisational set up. Bowen has a firm understanding of fianance and equity with regards to start-up investment and management.

Looking forward to the challenge; Bowen said: “My experience with some leading edge start ups has shown me that there is a massive need for a crowdfunding platform for our industry and I can’t wait to start making an impact. I am also a big fan of what GamCrowd is trying to do for crowdsourcing and expect us to make great strides in that market too”
