Yggdrasil Gaming’s expansion strategy continues further still, after a new agreement with Rank Group was announced.

Under the terms of the deal, the Malta headquartered online and mobile casino games supplier is to provide its full portfolio of titles to the British gaming company.

Rank Group, who operate the Mecca and Grosvenor Casinos brands, will enjoy access to slots such as the popular Jungle Books and Valley of the Gods.

In addition, Yggdrasil is to also provide Boost, its collection of in game promotional tools with a focus on player engagement and retention, and Brag, a tool which allows the promotion of games via social channels, to aid marketing of the titles.

Yggdrasil CEO Fredrik Elmqvist said: “Rank Group is one of the most recognised gaming operators in the UK, and is another important addition for Yggdrasil as we further expand in this highly competitive market.

“We are certain our games will sit well on the Mecca and Grosvenor brands, and look forward to building a long and mutually beneficial partnership with Rank.”

Bhotesh Maheshwari, Rank Group Head of Casino, added: “Yggdrasil is a relatively new entrant in the space but have already delivered some extraordinary titles and superior bonusing tools. We are very pleased to serve their content to our Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casino players, and look forward to utilising the Boost promotional tools.”

Deals with Danske Spil and Eurobet.it have expanded the firm’s reach in Denmark and Italy respectively.
