New UK online betting operator Sun Bets, has revealed to SBC that it is on the hunt for top industry talent to join its ranks as the company targets exceptional growth in 2017.

The Tabcorp and News UK betting joint venture, which launched last August aims to take on industry legacy betting operators by creating a unique and distinctive brand for sports betting.

Stating its intent for significant growth in 2017, Sun Bets will be taking up new offices in London’s Shard building.

Speaking to SBC, Tim Reynolds Sun Bets Head of PR & Planning commented on his firm’s planned recruitment drive;

“We’ve had a fantastic first quarter since launch and we’re delighted with both our acquisition and turnover figures. Even more importantly, the partnership between Tabcorp and News UK is proving very effective in creating our new and distinctive brand, backed up by such a wealth of expertise at Tabcorp in Australia.”

“We currently have a Sun Bets staff of over 100 in London, and are looking to bolster our numbers in our UK-based trading team. In the New Year we will be taking up our new offices in The Shard, and we want our new signings to help take us to the next level.”
