Genius Sports appoints Steve Burton as integrity and governance director

Sports data and media rights distributor Genius Sports has strengthened its leadership team by confirming the appointment of Steve Burton as Director of Integrity, Governance & Sports Partnerships.

Burton joins Genius Sports from London specialist sports law firm Couchmans LLP, where he served as Head of Sports Data (2009-2016).

Part of the Genius Sports executive team, Burton will lead the firm’s integrity services from a commercial perspective. He will further advise Genius Sports’ on key partnership and stakeholder management.
