EveryMatrix terminates Danish white label services

Industry platform and systems provider EveryMatrix has communicated that it has withdrawn its white label services for the regulated market of Denmark.

Updating corporate stakeholders, EveryMatrix informs that it will be closing turnkey provisions for its partner white label brands of casinohouse.dk, 777.dk, victoriamilan.dk and JetBull.

Via its closure statement, EveryMatrix underlines that the firm has ‘changed overall direction’ shifting focus towards providing specialist B2B software solutions.

“EveryMatrix is fully committed to further strengthen its position as a market leader in the B2B space, and it will continue to build and develop in that direction,” it said.

Despite terminating its Danish white label services, EveryMatrix management confirmed that it will continue to provide certified platform and software solutions for Danish market incumbents.

This September, EveryMatrix withdrew its UK white label services having had its B2C licence suspended by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) following an investigation into a review of customer activity and interaction frameworks.

In announcing this decision, EveryMatrix governance stated that its white label business reputation had been ‘irreparably damaged’ by the UKGC suspension.

UKGC Chief Executive Neil McArthur has previously reminded licensed UK technology incumbents of their responsibilities in servicing and operating gambling websites.

McArthur stated that he was considering a review of all UK licenses granted since 2014, detailing that the commission believed that “dynamic risk assessmentswere needed and that certain incumbents that had fallen short “have been the subject of significant scrutiny”.
