Singular aims to dominate in-play trends by launching new sportsbook

Industry bespoke systems provider Singular will launch and showcase its new ‘4th generation’ proprietary sportsbook platform at next week’s SIGMA Malta conference (27-29 November).

A key product launch for 2020, Singular has developed its platform to optimise client performance when engaging with players in in-play environments.

In its product notes, Singular details that its revamped sportsbook provisions will allow for deeper personalisation and improved reporting of customer lifecycles.

Singular’s sportsbook platform is built on a modular framework leveraging big data and AI modules, Singular’s platform will allow customers to deploy ‘configurable player journeys’, driving higher engagement of players.

“Singular is committed to maximising the growth of each client.” said Darko Gacov, Singular VP of Business Development. “We are dedicated to giving operators full flexibility to create their own brand. With that idea in mind, we have created a solution for Tier-1 sportsbook companies with high scalability.”

Further benefits see the solution also enables the seamless integration of any data provider, allowing clients to combine and switch between different odd feeds on any granularity and display it as one unified odds feed.

Updating stakeholders, Singular has disclosed that in early 2020 it will announce its first tier-1 industry partners, integrating its new sportsbook systems.
