CIS region online bookmaker Parimatch continues to expand its brand profile and coverage through the UFC, announcing the appointment of Russian heavyweight contender Alexey Oleynik as its latest Brand Ambassador.
Parimatch has served as the official EMEA betting partner of the UFC since July 2018, agreeing with the leading mixed-martial-arts organisation a multi-year agreement.
Furthermore, expanding its presence within the UFC, Parimatch has secured partnerships with leading UFC athletes including Conor McGregor, Peter Ian and the Shevchenko sisters.
New ambassador Alexey Oleynik will fight Dutchman Alistair Overeem at a UFC Fight Night 149 in St. Petersburg on April 20th, in the second UFC event to be held in Russia.
Oleynik a mixed martial fighter since 1996, holds a record of 57 victories in 69 fights. Overeem has a record of 44 wins in 61 fights.
Backing Parimatch, Alexey Oleynik said: “I am glad to join the Parimatch team at such an important moment in my career. I will do everything to prove my strength and power in the octagon in St Petersburg on April 20th. I am ready to win.”
